Does this cost me anything?
No. We're paid a commission by the landlord when a lease closes — standard practice in commercial real estate. You never pay us a fee for representation.
What's a "2nd generation" restaurant space?
A space that was previously a restaurant, so the hood system, grease trap, walk-in, and other kitchen infrastructure are often already in place. That typically means a faster, cheaper build-out compared to vanilla shell space.
Do you also work with landlords?
No — we represent restaurant operators exclusively. We never take the landlord's side of a deal.
I don't have funding lined up yet. Can you still help?
